Since 04.01.2005 visa is not necessary for citizens of the US, Canada, the EU, Switzerland or Japan.
If you live in Australia, South Africa you WILL NEED a visa to come to Ukraine.
You need to provide an invitation and passport to the Embassy of Ukraine in your country.
